Great little Japanese restaurant in Freo! They make the best Aburi Poke Dom bowl. Sashimis are also fresh and divine. Very friendly Japanese staff makes it one of our favourite restaurants in Perth.

Dropped by for a dinner and was impressed with the portions and reasonable pricing. The unagi nigiri particularly, was a generous serving. They also have a free membership loyalty program now. Will be back for more dinner trips here 

Absolutely love Modern Eatery! Fresh sashimi, very welcoming and friendly staff and overall pleasant experience. Very affordable dishes as well!

Japanese modern fusion , beautiful food, gorgeous staff and all round lovely  restaurant. Been there twice for dinner and once for lunch and they were consistently good with every visit. Highly recommended

Crunchy salad is my fave! A regular bed of salad receives a pop of crunchy sweetness with the fine shreds of deep fried sweet potato topping. A simple but ingenious addition that elevates this salad to a 'must try' dish.

Easy Japanese with friendly staff. Green tea ice cream best dessert.

Excellent service!! Food was outstanding, came out fast and was well priced. Will be back again for sure.
