I love the stickmobility classes at mind body heart, it really compliments my F45 training and Nat the owner is lovely, highly recommended!
The stick mobility classes have really helped my lower back pain, I go once a week and recommend these classes for anyone looking for long term mobility and better movement!
The MBH studio setting is fantastic. Nat is an inspiring and very knowledgeable instructor who conducts challenging Stick Mobility classes. I leave the class feeling like I am more capable of performing my daily activities and better prepared for my next run.
MBH is a beautiful wonderland with highly skilled teachers and a great selection of props. I enjoyed Stick Mobility for the first time and was very impressed with the strength and stretch I received. Well worth a visit.
Natalie is absolutely fantastic!!! The beach bootcamp in the mornings on the beach is an absolute must! Highly recommend!
