Awesome food, great coffee! I ordered a fried chicken burger and it was fantastic! The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside with just the right spices. I'd definitely get that again to fill up when I'm hungry. Better than average coffee as well. Outdoor seating was nice, if you don't mind all the dogs. It was like a kennel... But I'd go back again and just sit inside or whatever. Great job from the staff as well. Very relaxed and pleasant.

Was here for a quick morning pick up. Had bacon & egg toasties and turmeric mango smoothie. I wanted to like my toasties but they had curry and some sort of relish flavour going on in the mix with bbq sauce. I couldnt really taste the egg because of that. Beautiful toasted bread tho, I just dont like the overall flavour. It's on the expensive side being its $14.50 toasties and I was craving for just an honest good toasties without the play in flavour as it wasnt mentioned on the menu. The smoothie was good but on a smaller side for $8.50. Service was friendly and quick. Will update rating when I come back to try more things on the menu.
Food and coffee has always been great. I would recommend getting in early over the weekend, plenty of seating and then 5mins later it is packed. Only draw back is that it can get quite loud inside.
Mason & Bird is a lovely cafe with a surprising amount of seating area. There are 2 outdoor areas and indoor also. The ambience is lovely with a tree in the middle of the cafe! The staff were friendly and the food was made pretty efficiently : Now to the food : I had the vegetarian burger which was yum and came with a nice portion of very nicely favoured chips. The burger was unique with turmeric pickled cabbage! Might be nice with a slice of tomato or beetroot too. My friends had the vege on toast which also was a good size with nice flavour.
Everything about this place was great. Best food & coffee I've had in Perth yet, good vibe, good customer service. Will definitely be back. Starts getting busy & loud though. It's no wonder why, but a bit much if you want somewhere a little more quiet.
Exactly what I want from a modern Cafe Delicious pulled pork burger, awesome strawberry smoothie and a fresh blueberry muffin. And the staff were friendly. Polite and professional. What a great experience!Food: 5/5
Busy place today but the service was good. And my coffee and toasted sandwich delicious came out pretty quickly. It's not often a cook will bother with a toastie so it was nice to get one with real bread, chopped tomatoes, tasty melted cheese and a hint of basil. Nicely done! I can't say the location has much ambience but it's handy and they have made the café itself warm and comfortable.
Nice little Cafe in Kalmunda. Coffee was great and the service was excellent. It was pumping when I arrived and the coffees still came out quickly. The only downside is it did seem a bit pricey, I paid $14 something for 2 coffees, which seems extreme but maybe it's just a sign of the times. I'd still come back, next time I'm in the area.
Good place to eat, chips and gnocchi were very good, service was nice and food came out fast for it being so busy: Only thing is the serving size gnocchi was a bit small for the price. Would be good to have more vegetarian options for lunch!!
