Stayed one night in a standard room, 1 Queen, 1 single. There is a view to leafy Primary school and a small table outside the room. The beds are comfortable and the facilities excellent and clean. The Continental breakfast was also excellent. Be prepared for noisy neighbours if staying on weekend as it is in the heart of the town, although not an issue for one night. Staff and are very friendly and efficient. Would be happy to stay again.

In spite of it being an older motel, the rooms are clean and have great character. It is located right next to the art gallery, library and performing art centre. It sits at the end of the main shopping street. The staff are exceptional; friendly and efficient. It is accommodation like this that makes you feel that even the other guests are part of the family. Everybody loves this place!

Worth every penny ! They also included breakfast! Michael was super nice & made our late checkin super easy!  The chocolates & biscuits were extra touch ! The room is clean, spaces, quiet & has character! Beds were very comfortable and location is well set! Close to lot of attraction & restaurants! We had our dinner at Thai@Sale! Food was very good ! Will definitely stay there again & recommend to friends!! Thank you The Matador for a great stay!

Easy to locate, friendly staff and a generous breakfast. Room was comfortable albeit the refrigerate a bit noisy. Would definitely stay there should I travel to Sale again.

Room was clean and spacious.  Continental breakfast, which was included, was much more than we expected.  Great communication as we arrived late for checking in.  Will stay again next year.  Thank you.
