The Main entrance off Logan Street is constructed of modern architectural design, well visible and inviting for public with easy access car parking directly outside or in the underground car park.

So I come to visit Upper Hutt, I go to a mall. Sorry that I was unaware that you had to pay for parking.nOnly there for 20 ish minutes. Got a $65 ticket.nIn what mind can you charge people for coming here? No shops well 5 maybe. I would have paid. If I knew, also if I knew this mall was so bad I wouldn’t have come in the first place. Coz it not worth the $1 parking.nPlease go to a different mall. I’m guessing that this mall is the only mall in Wellington that charges for parking. Go to anyone even Johnsonville has more shops and free parking. Porirua mall free. Lower Hutt mall free. Let’s go deeper. Palmerston North give you 2 hours free. $65 ticket will get you the gas up there and back. Good luck guys. Your going to need it
The mall owner wants to create more revenue via ripping off customers - congratulations, you are digging your own grave.nnAs the title suggests, I am very upset with the $65 parking ticket that I have recently received.nnMy issue is this,nn- I have received a $65 parking ticket for 30 mins of parking which would've cost me a $1 parking fee. To be fair, YES - the mall owner has the right to charge people for the car park service that they provide even though no other mall in Christchurch nor Wellington does this, however, charging people $65 for a $1 parking fee is simply ridiculous.nn- As shown in the photos attached, I can read the 5HR sign at the carpark entrance, but the words and sentences to indicate that they now charge for the carpark are too small to read. There needs to be clear & bigger signs! I suggest putting another warning sign next to MAX HEIGHT 2.1 METERS same font, colour and size.nn- There were hardly any vehicles in the carpark. In fact, the carpark is virtually empty most of the time.nn- Nobody is available to discuss/receive complaints. I've tried calling the mall multiple times, failed to find their office in the mall and the mall manager is not even answering his mobile phone.nnOnce again, congratulations on digging your grave. MARK MY WORDS People in Wellington will not support your ridiculous behaviour.
Some kids toy machine swallow our coin n money from our card but not working. Please have that oversee n fixed it right away
The Mall is fine, just don’t park underneath. Park free nearby if you can.
Parked up 35mins got a $65 ticket. Cost of 20min shopping. It takes 10 mins to go and come back from the shop ypu want to get to. Are they expecting you only stay 20mins at the mall. What a Scam. Never going there again
