I booked our work 35th Anniversary dinner at The Lost Spring.nThe communication went very well and the service was outstanding. Deborah and her team were very welcoming & friendly. They had put on such a beautiful & festive decoration for us. It was really beyond our expectation. On top of that the food was very delicious.nI would highly recommend the Lost Spring to everyone.
OMG...this place is not to be missed! If you are in Whitianga, or nearby, make sure to stop by... treatments & coctails are pricey, but the two hours dip & dine is well worth it. It's unique and healing...wish there would be more places like this scattered around NZ, taking advantage of the amazing benefits of natural thermal water has to offer .
The place is the most amazing place I have been in the whole year! If you are looking for a relaxing day with a spa then this is the place. I had emailed them for a last minute booking which they responded to promptly! Booked for a couples massage! The massage was so relaxing and the masseuse were super experienced! The room in which the massage was done was situated so beautifully, we could hear the spring from the room! They use all Pure Fiji products for massages! And if in case you want to purchase some products, they do have it for sale! Staff are super friendly. After the massage we went for a dip! There are 3 pools with different temperatures! The warm pool was our favorite. We went on a Sunday so it wasn’t too crowded as well! There is bar near the pool as well! Drinks are reasonably priced and the best part is they deliver it to the pool while you are dipping! The food at the restaurant was so filling and reasonably priced. Restaurant staff are so warm and welcoming. The restaurant is also situated perfectly facing the spring! Did not want to come back from this place! Definitely going back! Loved the overall experience!
Came here as a friend got us a dip and dine voucher and WOW are we impressed! We love this lost springs so close to the city centre and yet it had a nice rainforest feel to it. Hubby and I enjoyed our experience and the dining too.
I have been coming here for years and it just gets better and better. On Friday we booked a group of 8 and we weren't disappointednAmazing staff so professional and very helpful. Lovely food and the location and the ambiance is so refreshing. Good way to unwind from city life. From us all we thank youuuu and we are so grateful.
