So grateful for Rob, from The Lock Guy. I had some problems getting into the house with my set of keys. I called and spoke to Rob and he showed up a few hours later, on the time specified and saved the day! Super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend his services
We had a 30 year old set of locks on the front and back doors, they were not always turning properly creating much annoyance, we were worried about finding a matching set to the gold panel, Rob produced an ideal solution and Torin installed them perfectly. It is the second time we have used the Lock Guy, not the cheapest but is always the best solution.
We needed several locks changed on older doors, sliding doors etc. and were very impressed by the quick service and reasonable price. They also fixed our door that was not closing properly because the frame had moved slightly by planing it down. 10/10

After an unpleasant experience with an emergency locksmith, Rob from the Lock Guy restored my faith in the industry. Communicated via google chat promptly, provided itemised quoting to change the key barrel to fit the new set of keys we now have. When he came on site, he was so pleasant and professional. So knowledgeable about his trade, he even pointed out the keys and the locks that were installed by the emergency locksmith were residential grade, compared to the commercial grade lock that he was adjusting for us, which was very disappointing given how expensive it was. He didn't try to push anything, he kindly offered his services if that door fails. He also kindly cut an additional key for free to demonstrate the type of key we should have been offered. I should have never picked the first google listed business in my area, but I was desperate. Highly recommend their service. Thanks again Rob. You were an absolute delight. Note. The other company who I posted a bad review for, have been harrassing me to try to change my google review, even turned up to my workplace unannounced and harassed me for 20mins until I called for help from colleagues because I became uncomfortable and afraid. Now they are calling me via a mobile number, claiming to be HR who are "investigating the incident", then asking me if I would change my review rating. Sorry The Lock Guys, I'm using this post to say this because I feel safe to post it here

The Lock guy - rob and his team, have worked at multiple of our sites and their work is always on point, fast and cost efficient with great quality work Highly recommended for any locking and security needs!
