Delightful food and relaxing setting. Seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. Cocktails are delicious. Deserts are scrumptious but not too heavy. Definitely recommend the Creme Brule and the Garlic Prawns! Always has been a favourite and continues to be even after all these years :
My wife and I always enjoy our absolutely stunning scrupulous hot and cold seafood platters for 2, plus the variety on the menu is excellent, service beyond expectations highly recommend THE LAZY LOBSTER. In my opinion 2 THUMBS UP.
$200 seafood platter with baked tasteless fish that seemed as if it had been sitting in a bain marie for a long time. Also felt judged the second we walked in because we weren’t well dressed retirees - service average although they were reasonably nice and did the right thing to rectify a mistake

We had a meal there last Friday. I couldn't fault the restaurant. We hadn't booked and they fitted us in. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Big meals so make sure you are hungry. A great list of wines as well. For what you get the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back next time we are down the GC.
