Clean and kind. Bit expensive comparing to other place. But you don't need to buy a charging card for first time, you can just pay the laundry cost to a staff there, then he will tap his card to start machines.

First experience of a  Laundromat.. Amazing place and a chore helper Dryers I shall definitely be using more often. Super friendly staff. Felt welcome immediately and I got to look at the other shops while I waited 30 minutes for hot dry sheets and blankets. Felt like I achieved alot this morning

Great services and prices, easily the best laundromat in the area.

3 size of machines to choose from. All machines have eftpos. Open late. Washes clothes well.

Staff are sometimes friendly but sometimes not understanding at all. I'm juggling taking care of my son, working and getting the laundry done. Occasionally I'm not able to pick the laundry up as quickly as I'd like to and it's not met graciously. I now feel uncomfortable returning and will take my business elsewhere.

Owners are really nice. There prices are pretty good. I bring my mum and dads washing down there . So nice to have it all clean and folded waiting for me.

I just tried the Laundry Spot in Bute Road earlier because I read many positive reviews about this laundry shop and I experience the same thing. It has an excellent customer service and the owner is a very nice guy. From the moment I entered the shop he was accomodating and will teach you the process on how to use the machine and pay, they have a card that you can use to operate the machine it cost just $3 and you can top it up. He gave me a 2 mins. free for the service that I chose drying.Reasonable price, will definetly come back again.

Why had I not thought to use The Laundry Spot before now?  After years of struggling with washing and drying duvets  covers and inners and all the other bedding... a quick drop off - a walk along the beach and a glass of wine with a friend - and the fabulous Yan had all my bedding washed, dried and folded by the time I returned!  The amazing thing is that everything looks brand new!!!  Thank you SO much!!!
