I set off the alarm while going to pick up my laundry from the drier around 11:30pm last night. I had put in a load at 11:10pm.  Couldn’t find a phone number to report to. Since the doors were opened I assumed it was still open. Belatedly noticed that the closing time was 10:30. Please let me know if you require any further information from me. Thank you

Easy to follow instructions,  plenty of machines to use. Recommend this place.

First time using these machines.  A nice tidy place with regular cleaning services.  I put card onto the wrong machine and no way to get a refund. I should check next time before just putting into the wrong machine.  If there's a refund option available this would have a higher rating for sure.

Premises very clean.  The machines did a super job of washing and easy to use.  Reasonable prices and you can buy the powder there also.  Plenty of parking. Security cameras in place too.  They have dryers but I did not use them so cannot comment on those.

Nice tidy place to dry the clothes.  We dont need the washing machines so cant comment on the quality of washing however never have a problem with the dryer.  Its operated by a card which can be topped up at the gas station and is very efficient at drying clothes

Really neat and clean laundromat. Similar pricing as other laundromats but this place was spotless when I was here.

My son decided to piddle on our duvet, there was no way that we could fit a king size duvet in our little washing machine so we was so glad that we have this Laundromat in Welcome Bay.  They have some huge machines here and is very good value for money, $10 to wash a large duvet on the biggest machine they have here  you have to get a prepaid paywave card from The Caltex Service Station and then you can use the facility.

Private and good working machines, I think the owner takes tip top care of the equipment, awesome to use when it's raining the whole week, let me know if there any issues

Clean tidy all machines working good price

A very good service for contactless laundry, only downside is putting money on to thece card that they require to perform the service.
