Great food had sharing platter to start, which was more than enough for 3 and bolognaise pot pie. Good portion sizes. Service was a little slow and had to ask for finger bowls after ribs and wings from platter but apart from that, helpful service. Great covered outside space and inside is cozy. Arrived early in the evening and the place started to fill as we left so suggest booking a table.
Relaxing atmosphere and stylish decor. The drinks are well presented and taste just as good. Unfortunately though, the food just doesn’t live up to the same standard. We tasted 4 dishes and a sharing platter and they were all just average and made 3 of us feel unwell. Not good enough for the price they’re charging. Will be back for drinks but would stay clear of the food next time. What we love: - Picture worthy cocktails - Well presented food - Attentive and efficient service Food recommendations: - BBQ Cauliflower bites - Parmesan fries What could be improved: - Food needs to be more refined - Quality / freshness of the produce - We always tip when going out for food but find it off putting when restaurants automatically add it to the bill without asking
Funky restaurant with delicious cocktails and one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Our server Mac was amazing, helped us with great recommendations and made us giggle! Will definitely be back! Sorry lighting not great for photos!!
The very honest emma served us today. Emma, got us a table sorted very quickly, help and recommended a great refreshing drink after a birthday party. Emma also helped me pick the right food for my hangover after providing me with her observations from how much other customer had left on their plate and personal knowledge of the menu. Emma is a great asset to the team, providing a great first experience here.
Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a mixed group including kids and vegetarians. The food was absolutely brilliant, so many veggie options, the kids food was great. I only took a photo of my burrata salad, which was delicious although would’ve liked some more avocado! Really nice atmosphere too and a lovely vibe in general.
Dragged in by my wife for cocktails. No real ale. About £10 each. My Bloody Mary was bloody good. All 4 of us enjoyed their choice.
Great place to watch Chorlton life go by and bask in the sunshine; so much choice on the menu for any dietary requirement. I went for the slow cooked lamb, goats cheese and aubergine pizza - delicious Vegetarian options: Good choice Parking: Street parking available but can get busy
Really lovely evening. It was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was was full. Whilst our table was inside, the outside seating looked cosy and inviting with faux fur rugs to keep you warm. We ordered the ‘signature burgers’ which were superb!
Wow what a fantastic visit to The Laundrette. The Sunday roast dinner was one of the best I've had at a restaurant. A really generous portion Sunday Dinner for Two and very well cooked. The gravy was a real highlight. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Clancy looked after us and really helped to make the visit an enjoyable experience. Looking forward to my next visit as the there is a great menu.
