Looks good from afar but far from good. The building quality is absolutely appalling. Sad to see Sunland tarnishing their reputation. I feel sorry for the owners who have to come home to these quality issues.

A 10+++/10 place to live! The build quality inside the apartments is incredible with super strong premium materials, the best air conditioning I’ve experienced by far, the floor to ceiling double glazed windows are stunning plus attention to detail things like the curtains having a higher roof cut out on the upper floors so no light seeps along the ceilings for perfect sleeps. Car parks great, everything’s safe as and super secure and much much more! - proud owner + have 2 long term friends that own and share amazement in the place :

New Sunland Development. Shopping and Cafe Precinct to Follow. Close to shops and transport services.

Beautiful! The finishes and quality are amazing!
