Jim Granger has settled here, @ THE LANE in the "heart" of SYDNEY........ together with his classically trained team in the kitchen led by Sebastian Goldhorn.
Sebastian is joined by Lorenzo Ragagnin, and Daniel Rocha.

Sebastian's dedication to only the best ingredients and best practices equates to mouth-watering and exceptional flavour with every meal.

Combine this with the superb wine list , with some rare finds and unique blends from all over Australia, New Zeland and the Northern Hemisphere.

The front of house team is led by Kitty Eggers. Kitty and her team will ensure your every need is met with a smile. Kitty, Adriana, Carina, Anna are all waiting to make your visit to THE LANE a wonderful and memorable experience.

Lets not forget our professional barista Grant Prescott, and the boys behind the bar mixing and preparing all your liquid delights, Cam and Dan.
