Came here for my wifes Christmas party. Very clean, friendly staff, and well presented throughout. Really enjoyed out stay here.

Was here for a wedding, and found it to be lovely. Great canapes and dinner menu (fantastic for mass produced food, very rarely the case).  Lovely views at night, and staff were friendly. Negatives include: lighting in the dancing area was a bit bright and in your face, but I suppose that is an easy enough fix. The beer glasses were not a standard size, but a mini size, and their White wines tasted very watered down.

The function room was nice but the service was extremely rigid - it wasn't possible to get a hot drink until after dessert was served, at which point everyone was ushered out without actually offering tea or coffee.  They are also completely unprepared to cope with special meal requests - even when advised in advance.

Christmas party for 400+, I still haven't heard one single complaint.
