Definitely a taste of Italy in Newtown/Sydney.nTheir arancini is really good, crispy outside and creamy inside. Tastes great.nAnother dish that I would definitely recommend is their Mare e Monte, which was incredibly!nHighly recommend this place and their food.nAs they are really good and famous, the space inside is tight and it is not for a fancy dinner, even though it’s a place to eat well with good quality of ingredients.
This cozy restaurant is dedicated to bringing you the best of Italian cuisine, with a special focus on pasta dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds.nnUpon arrival, you'll be greeted by the manager or owner and then you can place your order before taking a seat near the front door. The pasta is lovingly prepared al dente and paired with delectable sauces, creating a match made in culinary heaven.nnWhile water is self-serve, please note that any additional cheese or chili will incur a small additional charge of $1 per container.nnParking in the Newtown area can be a bit challenging, but public transportation is a convenient alternative.nnThe restaurant offers a spacious restroom located at the back, including facilities for disabled individuals.
The food here is delicious! Full of authentic flavors. Love the pastas and the Cannelloni is amazing.nnThe only tiny issue is the tight seating area, as the tables and chairs are placed very close to one another, and since the place gets very crowded, it makes it difficult to reach a seat to sit!
A good local restaurant in Newtown serves fresh pasta and salad with other Italian dishes on the menu. Always a family favourite as the food is always fresh and delicious. Love the Newtown vibes.
Have walked past this place heaps and it’s always busy. We finally visited her for lunch today.nnLove the concept of choosing your pasta and then choosing your sauce. Heaps of choice and love the fact you can get veal.nnThe guys that work here are clearly very busy, both service and in the kitchen. I think I caught the lady at the front at a bad time when I was ordering my meal, it wasn’t the best interaction.nnI ordered the fettuccine bolognaise and ordered some parmesan. The portion size was generous and overall the flavour was ok.
