Great food and often great music. Good accoustics for live bands.
Amazing hotel. Whether you're staying in the accommodation or just in for a few pints, this place has everything. A great outdoor area, pool table and bar games, a cozy old leather reading nook with antique lamps and a crazy range of live music acts. The accommodation was clean, warm and an all round comfy time. Great kitchen area for late night toast with great private showers and bathrooms too. Staff couldn't be more helpful and kind! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends/family and stay there again in a heartbeat. Can't wait to be back.
I was hooked from my first steak, it was amazing. Also I love the burger and chips Generous portion sizing and fast service. Staff are friendly and make Homestead a great place to eat and drink.Big thanks to Alison Highly recommend.
Good food, good music and good local drink recommendations
I can't remember what meal I had but it was delicious, staff were very lovely and provided me with 3 different sauces for my chips. Fun crowd, my favourite pub in Hobart.Service: 5/5
Friendliest pub crowd in Hobart. The food here is top notch - especially if you are vegetarian. There is often great live music - but if thats not your thing the venue is split into two sections so you can escape the music if it's not to your taste. Also sports free pool tables, good happy hour specials and outdoor seating.
Great food, friendly staff, unpretentious, cosy and not too loud atmosphere and good music.
Great vibe and heaps of specials. Clean and cosy accommodation upstairs. Delicious chicken parmigiana. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and covered generously with browned cheese.
Great menu, Excellent burgers and share plates. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Live music Eat, drink, listen, dance or just hang. Great vibes.
