Friendly advice and decent equipment at reasonable prices, and open all day sat and Sunday. I read some of the reviews below, sounds like whingers, u hire items based on time out and that's what you pay for. If YOU miss closing time, is it some 1 else's fault, mindless whinging dribble.

A very disappointing experience indeed. Hired a car trailer from the Osborne Park store to pick up a car in a nearby regional town. Got as far as Bunbury and the wheel bearing went and the wheel locked up. After calling 3 times, eventually got a call back from the 'Manager'. This man was extremely combative and proceeded to tell me that I had breached the 'terms and conditions' by going outside the metro area. The terms and conditions do not mention anything about keeping the trailer within the metro area. I also chatted to the person that served me about taking the trailer outside the metro area. One would think if this was going to breach the 'terms and conditions' that it would have been mentioned?? I was also instructed to stay on the side of the road with the trailer because I was 'responsible' for it. When I asked for how long, was told 4 hours. I did not do that, and left the trailer on the verge. That's apparently a good reason to keep the bond deposit. I was charged $325.00. $125.00 for the hire and $200.00 bond. The episode also cost me $85.00 in fuel and was unable to complete my task. All because I had been hired a trailer that obviously had not been maintained. I called the 'Manager' to request a refund...his response?? "I didn't make any money on the deal, in fact I lost money". Um.. is that what one would expect if the trailer you hired out had not been maintained as to prevent the bearing problem? The 'manager' eventually agreed to refund $225.00 but kept $100 for "HIS" trouble. The 'manager' was very combative and not once did he use the word 'sorry'. When I returned to the store to have the refund put on my credit card the 'manager' was present at the store. I introduced myself and did not get any eye contact... very poor form.

Spoke to the staff at Osborne park about booking a chainsaw hire for last weekend. Told them about the feed back I received from the balcatta store and they told me to leave and never come back. Very unprofessional

Not good news guys! Hired a engine Crane - was not serviced - failed to operate. Hire Guys Osborne Park would not refund me. They owe me $50 for the hire. Waste of time!
