I've been training at the HIIT Factory Bairnsdale since September 2015 and it's my Favourite place to be at 6am. I do 5 different sessions per week which is why it's so good and it's fun!! Vee and her staff are so supportive of everyone no matter what their level of fitness is. I've made so many new friends here, you will always be welcomed with open arms by all.

Have loved my journey so far with the HIIT gym in Bairnsdale. Classes are fun, trainers are great and very motivating. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get fit in a friendly environment.

The HIIT Factory Bairnsdale is the place to go if you're serious about getting fit and having fun at the same time! The timetable is very accommodating for everyone and the fact that I can bring my 2 children to the classes makes working out a lot easier. I have lost over 15kgs so far thanks to the support of Vee and her team, they are amazing!! If you're thinking about joining - do it, you won't regret it.

Hiit Factory Bairnsdale is an amazing group a people who support you through any part of your fitness goals. The 6 week challenge was a great way to kick start a new fitness regime and has lead me on a healthy fitness path to change my overall lifestyle choices. Thankyou girls!
