Fantastic service from reception, nurses and Dr's. Taken in straight away and kept informed of what was happening. Place is very busy with waiting room almost full on arrival and the same hours later when I left.
The care provided by the doctors and nurses has been very good. I have attended the clinic three times this week due to an infected insect bite, and everything was fine until today Friday.nnUnfortunately, my experience at the Orange Line reception desk was very upsetting. The receptionist was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable.nnI asked a few times why I was being charged $67, as this was a follow-up appointment and I had already paid for my initial consultation. The issue was not about paying, but simply understanding the reason for the charge — especially since I did not have to pay at my previous follow-up visit.nnInstead of explaining, the receptionist said, “Don’t pay anything, see you,” in a dismissive and unfriendly tone. I went home feeling very sad after this interaction
Visiting from out of town. Sick 5 year old, came into Hastings Urgent Care twice in 3 days. Helpful reception staff. Was seen quickly both visits. GP Andie and nurses were lovely and caring, explaining everything. Thank you.
Visited centre. Lady doctor Rebekah, name as per shows on medical certificate saw me. Maybe she's a good doctor but she needs to say/explain things in calm manner. Patients who visit doctors are generally in pain and expects bit politeness towards them. I couldn't write whole conversation here what happened between her and me. It would be like writing an essay on conversation. So just sharing one thing..I asked, doctor do you think if I would falls in fully unfit for work category. She replied, YOU ARE NOT DEAD....and a thought came not said though, Have anyone seen a dead person seeing a doctor? Overall it was OK experience, she gave me a replacement compression bandage. Thanks
I have been 7 minutes late for my appointment today and was told that I have missed my slot, my question to this is, if the next person went in my place why I am not able to wait the next 8 minutes as the appointments has been scheduled in 15-minute intervals. We would have swapped us around, but both patients could see the doctor, I have been told they can only help at 2.30pm this afternoon. but the place was completely empty. Maybe this level of service explained why they can't keep even the lab open.nWhy are we expected to sit and wait to be seen sometimes 20minutes later than our scheduled appointment, but they can cancel my appointment after 7 minutes.
