Came in to look at guitars briefly after having a look online, the store is super clean and everything is beautifully displayed. Main enquiry was to look for a thin body, concert, cutaway guitar that was hybrid electric/hollow body within a budget. Bronson delivered amazing customer service and showed a multitude of options and on sale guitars in my option. Definitely coming back in a week to pick up that guitar.

I found all the staff there helpful to setup gear to demo the guitars. It was a real pleasure to speak with and share views and opinions... Without pressure or agendas. Oh and certainly found what I wanted in the end! I guess the range of products and Bronson's knowledge and experience allowed me to choose the best option for me. This guitar has an innovative design, like a bolt on neck and shape that really makes it perfect for what I need. I like to record my guitar and so the cool Fishman electronics gets that done nicely. For gigs the cross brace in the photo reduces feedback issues. Happy with the service and guitar tech setup too, nice job Guitar Factory.

Amazing customer service, purchased my first MusicMan bass from here along with a hard case.. after 4 months the hard case had an issue sitting in the padding so brought it back to return the case, Bronson was very happy to exchange it with a new bag without any dramas. Top bloke, top store.
A well stocked guitar shop. Some really great stock with ranges from fender, Gibson, Martin and Taylor. Plus the usual synth and other brands. However some really good additional products from Ernie Ball, Nik Huber etc that really round out some interesting products to have a try. The amp room is hampered by the shape of the shop and is a bit dark and dingy. The top shelf acoustic room is well stocked but a little cramped. The team here were attentive and really open to letting me A-B some instruments.
Great store with a lots of guitar but one staff with no hairdont know his name was helpful at first but when i tried to explore more guitars he was a bit angry maybe i was there near to the closing hour and also gave me the wrong string hope he gets more polite from onwards
Super fast shipping and excellent packaging, they double boxed the guitar and made sure everything was snug and secure. It was the first time I was impressed by packaging! Will definitely be purchasing from Guitar Factory again.
Old mate in the Dusenberg t shirt behind the counter needs a check up on customer service and communication skills. He wasnt very helpful or welcoming. It’s unfortunate as we are all apart of the same community with common interests.
Great dudes and great range, first time there today answered all my questions and let me try some stuff despite the fact I was one of those "just looking" customers. Highly recommend
