Great food, professional staff and prompt service. The order taker forgot to add our drinks to the order which we had to chase up to find our where they where. We where extremely pleased that they gave us the drinks for free as a result of an honest peak hour mistake. Keep up the good work!
The staff are friendly. The service is also faster than previous owners. The food prices are a little steep for portion sizes however the taste of the food is divine. I suggest the poached egg and smashed avocado toast $18. It was tasty! Pancakes were decent also $14 and the milkshakes $6 for regular were very flavourful!
I highly recommend groove train Ballarat there is an amazing waiter there courtney such a lovely personality was wonderful with my wife and kids. If u want a good laugh see this guy he will brighten up your day. Groove train give this guy a promotion.
Beautiful meal great service and staff were wonderful. Giving a 6 year old a little present for their birthday was the highlight. Friendly wonderful place
Half the ingredients werent listed on the menui mean lile huge pieces of the meal chicken was mostly raw, tv is very distracting from the atmosphere, and the meal itself was not particularly nice. The only reason this is rated 2 stars is the staff were lovely and the light meals are pretty good.
Worse than hospital food! Has gone downhill from when I ate here a few months back. Was sloppy, cold and presentation had zero effort. The young waitress serving barely even gave me a hello. Won’t be back.
