Quality hearty and good portioned food at reasonable prices... pretty much sums up what we had. Ordered the egg plant chips and calamari as entree .. for mains Fish of the Day and Rib eye steak.. the egg plant chips was enough to get you full. Think a whole eggplant was served.

Ordered the buttermilk pancakes and I really enjoyed them. The maple syrup had a different taste that I kind of liked hahah. The vibe was really nice of the place. Also, the staff was friendly and attentive which was nice

Its been over 2 years since i have been to groove train southland. Was very impressed with new management and the food was actually delicious  staff were really friendly and bubbly.

The staff are friendly, food presentation is good, and location is great. Unfortunately the food is not good at all. Will definitely not be back here unless their menu is changed.

Below average food. Tried different things at different visit, they were all below average. Beef cheek felt like steak, hardest meat I have ever tasted.

worst place ever got cake for daugters bday and they brought it out before our meal when i went toilet useless food was very average
