Nice place to hang out with your friends and very family friendly. I used to come here to play lawn bowls. You have to register upon entry to use the venue and be a patron. It’s quite simple but make sure you carry ID.nnFood is mediocre but that main vibe you get from the place is a day time drinking session with friends.nnIt’s also pet friendly which is very enjoyable. Good open air and indoor seating so perfect for all kinds of weather!nnOverall 4/5.
Yesterday was our company Christmas party at the Greens Club, and unfortunately the foods quality was severely disappointing. The turkey was extremely tough, and the pumpkin was not fresh. The dessert had a very unpleasant taste, and I couldn't eat it.nnTo add to the disappointment, when I requested watermelon juice, they informed me it wasn't available, which was quite disheartening for a Saturday event, their peak operating day, and during the summer season. It's surprising that they didn't have a readily available beverage listed on their menu.nThe starter is not very special and just ok.nnOverall, the dining experience fell short of expectations and is not recommended, especially considering the cost per person they charged.
While I can’t fault the workers, security guards, or the quality of the food and service—which were all excellent—our experience took a sharp decline due to the appalling actions of the manager on Saturday night.nnOur evening was going perfectly well until the manager decided to approach the security guards—who, incidentally, were in conversation with one of our group members at the time—and asked them to remove us. This was both shocking and humiliating, as our group was not causing any disruption that we were aware about at the time. We had a table booked inside, enjoyed our food and drinks without issue, and had simply moved outside near the fire pits to stay warm and continue socializing.nnWhat makes this even more frustrating is that at no point were we told the area we had moved to was reserved for another party. No one—not the manager or any staff—asked us to leave or even informed us that we were in a reserved space. How could we have known? Had anyone mentioned it, we would have gladly moved without any fuss.nnInstead of handling the situation professionally, the manager bypassed all basic communication and instructed the security guards to remove us, and we would not have known this if it wasn’t for one of the members in our group being in conversation with the security guards at the time the manager approached with her request. This lack of respect and consideration is deeply disappointing and completely unnecessary.nnNo one from the party in the reserved area complained to us and we were left entirely in the dark about the situation. Even if there was a sign indicating the reservation, we didn’t see it, and I acknowledge that might have been our oversight. But again, we would have happily moved if anyone had simply asked.nnThe actions of the manager were not only unprofessional but also completely ruined what had been a wonderful night. It’s beyond disappointing that one person’s poor judgment and behavior managed to overshadow the efforts of the rest of the staff, who were fantastic.nnIf there were any other reasons on why the manager had felt the need to have our group removed, we were never informed about it prior to her approach to security.nnI sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously because no guest should have their evening derailed by such poor management with poor communication skills.
Pretty disappointed at the Mother’s Day bottomless brunch.nShould have realised something was off when they were scarce on details and I should have enquired, lesson learnt. No menu on the website, just that there would be a brunch board, and meringue dessert, with free flowing house wine/beer and soft drinks for $75 per adult.nnMost brunches have more typically light lunch food, not definite breakfast food. Turned up, and the menu surprisingly stated breakfast board not brunch board as advertised. Might seem petty on my behalf to point out the difference, but most people would know the difference. At 1pm, not keen on eggs Benedict and smashed avocado. Which is what we got. And it was disappointing. And so poorly presented. Food was so mediocre and not good at all. Only ate half of it.nThen saw the dessert board, and thought, well, this makes up for brunch. But, no, unfortunately, looked far better than tasted.nnI was expecting a tapas styled brunch, which is what typically these things are. But, again, my fault for not enquiring prior.nAt least 2 hrs of it including alcohol, but did not make up for it. The kids at least enjoyed the bowls they barely touched the food- they were included as kids eat free, not sure how many kids eat eggs Benedict though.nnJust overall disappointing and really missed the mark .nService was attentive enough.
Great experience, lovely food and bar. I did feel the bowling grass was bit bumpy on some patches but overall a fun time.
