We all had pasta dishes and OMG, they were the best I've ever tasted outside of Italy. I highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant!
YES! A stunning wine bar with amazing vibes, delicious food and brilliant wine. A great place to relax and have a great chat with a friend/sand actually hear what they are saying! Highly recommended to all when in Shoreditch!
Very misleading. The whole place is different then the photos and I wasn’t even able to recognize it, the menu changed completely and it barely has food. Very low quality wine and food. The whole place smells like fried food even though it was completely empty.
Accidently stumbled on this gem of a spot, the staff was really welcoming and the food, Just wow cannot recommend enough.
Ordered eggs royale... the eggs were undercooked and the hollandaise was mayonnaise not the same thing. My friend ordered tagiolini but got melanzane instead which was very good. Once we let them know that it was the wrong order, they apologized but -once more- they brought us another wrong dish the ravioli which was average. Another friend got lasagna which was average and another one the pasta ragu which was good. It looks like you need to be lucky to get a good dish so unless you want to take your chances I wouldn’t recommend.

Best Italian! I have been here once in August 20 and have booked again in November for my boyfriends birthday. I'm surprised that this restaurant isn't as well known as some of the others in Shoreditch area because this one is far better to the ones I have paid nearly double the price for dinner. 100% recommend eating here the staff are really friendly and the food is amazing. There was 4 of us and we all ordered different dishes and tried each others and nothing we ordered was and other standard than lovely.
What a little find! Visited london for a long weekend and were staying near the Shoreditch area. We picked The Grapevine to eat in and were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish and the food was top quality and very reasonable portion sizes. We could of eaten every dish on the menu so hard to choosewhat a problem to have. Quite possibly the best gnocchi I have ever had! Must visit!
My friends and I choose this place for lunch while we were walking in the area. It has been an unexpected surprised! As Italians and food lovers we really enjoyed the homemade dishes. The food quality was excellent as well. And the lovely waitress has given us a good service.
What a lovely surprise stumbled across here when pizza pilgrims was full - and this was far better! Looks humble from the outside but lovely and quite trendy once inside. Excellent homemade style Italian food very authentic. Reasonably priced for London. Lovely staff..go!
