Saw Monica and had a strong firm massage that was 100% what I needed and recommend. 3 stars because the man on reception charged 75 cash for 45 minutes despite the website clearly showing 70 as was the listing in classifieds.
Terrible massage from untrained staff. Expensive and not professional. Didn't even go for the entire time and charged me 10% credit card surcharge. I was too polite to argue. Don't waste your money gents.

Had a wonderful massage here - highly reccomend. The staff were professional and nice and the rooms are clean and beautiful. I suffer from neck and back pain and coming here regularly helps me a great deal. Lovely staff - thank you to the wonderful woman today. My back feels incredible!!! :
I have been a customer of the Grand Massage for 5+ years, originally engaging in service at the Richmond branch. The quality has remained the same across both franchises since I first arrived - they found problem areas I didn't even know existed and managed to work these out sufficiently. I would highly recommend this business.
Booked in for a one hour full body massage which I was asked to pre pay. Massage therapist was not trained. When leaving spoke with receptionist and told her that I’d only received a message on my upper back and the back of my calves - the reply, sorry about that. Perhaps if your therapists are not trained don’t charge $80 an hour.
Thanks again for an awesome masaage. The masseuse was very professional and know how to get rid of all the knots. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a great massage.
