Absolutely terrible experience at The Good Guys. My friend and I bought a TV and even brought a van to pick it up ourselves. Once we got home and turned it on, it was completely broken. We went back expecting a simple exchange or at least some help? instead, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.nnRather than taking responsibility, they shoved the issue onto Hisense and basically washed their hands of it. No apology, no update and no support. It was clear they didn’t care at all once the sale was made.nnThankfully, Hisense stepped in and actually helped us, but it still took nearly a month to get a replacement. The Good Guys were the worst part of this entire process. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. take your money somewhere that values its customers.nnHere’s a very depressing photo with me and a broken tv
I have to commend Kristel at the front desk for her outstanding customer service in helping my wife and l in the purchase of our new Dyson Vacuum cleaner.nnWe have been purchasing our brown and white goods here for over 20 years and have always found the customer service to be exceptional. Kristel on this occasion has just continued this great work.
17/06 went in to buy a TV, Blake’s service was great but cannot say the same about the ladies at the counter at 6:05. Two ladies serving one customer and no acknowledgment whilst we stood there and waited. Lady was rude and genuinely seemed lost at her job. Perhaps needs training in basic customer service or a holiday‍
My experience with The Good Guys in Taylors Lakes has been extremely disappointing.nI purchased a Hisense washer and dryer with a five-year warranty and paid an additional service fee less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the dryer broke down,nand when I reached out for support, the technicians were unhelpful and unprofessional.nnInstead of resolving the issue,nI was simply given the manufacturer's number, with no assistance or guidance. The staff's inexperience and lack of customer service only added to my frustration. I was initially told that the issue would be resolved within 2-3 days, but now, 28 days later, I’m still waiting for a solution. To make matters worse, they’ve told menI now have to wait another 1-2 weeks for the dryer to be fixed.nnI strongly do not recommend dealing with this company. The employees lack the competence and experience necessary to handle customer issues in a professional manner. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially after paying extra for a service I expected to be reliable.nnI will send the case to VCAT nnI hope this feedback helps the company improve its customer service and operational standards.
These guys online orders are very frustrating, they have taken my order for Shark IR300 with false promise that it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks , now it’s more than 5 weeks , their sales person advised it will be available in first week of July but now they are saying suppliers doesn’t have it either, don’t have any ETA now. I don’t understand why they have even taken my order if they don’t have stock and can’t secure from supplier either. Worst store in this regard.
