I had a great experience at The Good Guys - Taylor’s Lakes store. The salesperson was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I was able to get a very good price.nnThis was a refreshing change after a poor experience with one of their major competitors in Taylor’s Lakes, where the sales staff were rude and condescending and didn’t seem interested in helping or making a sale.nnI highly recommend The Good Guys in Taylor’s Lakes to anyone looking for professionalism, genuine customer service, and a positive buying experience.
Great service from this team as always, but a special shout out to Emylee who helped me SO much with making a new purchase. She spent time on the phone with me multiple times as well as stayed back after her finishing time to finish up the order we'd started. I'm so grateful for your help
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!nnI purchased a brand new Hisense washing machine and paid EXTRA for premium delivery, installation, and removal of my old machine and rubbish. What a complete waste of money.nnThe two delivery/installers who came were unbelievably incompetent. The washing machine was installed incorrectly, shakes and vibrates violently during every wash, and screws were left loose. To make it even worse, they literally left bolts sitting in a plastic bag as if I was supposed to finish the installation myself. Absolutely ridiculous.nnAfter spending all this money, the machine doesn’t even wash clothes properly — I have to run cycles TWICE just for clothes to come out remotely clean.nnI specifically asked for a machine with a hot water system, and conveniently one of the staff members “forgot” to mention this machine didn’t even have that feature. Completely misleading and unprofessional.nnWhen I called to complain and requested an exchange due to THEIR poor service and misinformation, they then tried to charge me ANOTHER $150 just to take the faulty machine back. Imagine paying premium fees for terrible service, a badly installed product, and then being punished for complaining about it.nnDisgusting customer service from start to finish. Careless installers, unhelpful staff, and a company that clearly does not care once they’ve taken your money. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Honesty the BEST customer service I have ever received by Dragana and Nidhi. They both bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with our purchases. Thank you for such kindness and patience, especially with our 3 little toddlers who also enjoyed the shopping experience with your stickers!
Absolutely terrible experience at The Good Guys. My friend and I bought a TV and even brought a van to pick it up ourselves. Once we got home and turned it on, it was completely broken. We went back expecting a simple exchange or at least some help? instead, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.nnRather than taking responsibility, they shoved the issue onto Hisense and basically washed their hands of it. No apology, no update and no support. It was clear they didn’t care at all once the sale was made.nnThankfully, Hisense stepped in and actually helped us, but it still took nearly a month to get a replacement. The Good Guys were the worst part of this entire process. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. take your money somewhere that values its customers.nnHere’s a very depressing photo with me and a broken tv
