We purchased a product today with the help of Leanne from the North Lakes store, wow what a pleasant lady from the time we phoned she contacted another store and within minutes arranged for the product to be picked up. Great customer service from Leanne was greatly appreciated.

Today I purchased a 24 inch 12volt tv Linsar and was served by a young man Calle Ezekiel, who was just excellent, and he went to no end of trouble to help us. We spent a considerable amount of time with him while he researched our needs. Well done young man. The down side was that the small tv we bought has quite a “tinny” sound to the volume and is only just acceptable. Maybe the company should take note of this and pass the information back through the system. Otherwise a very good experience shopping at Good Guys.
