Good collection of modern living and household items with plenty of options to explore. Getting the attention of a sales assistant initially was a bit difficult, but once they were available, they were supportive and did a good job assisting.nnPrices are slightly on the higher side, but there are handy offers that help balance the value. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, compare products, and try things out before buying.
Very happy Abbie is amazing with greeting and making you feel welcome and were to go. So different from about 6 months ago I would slip kotara and go to Warner's Bay but with this experience im very very happy to keep going to Kotara now. Thank you for the welcoming and new atmosphere.
My mum and I had the best experience with the worlds most loveliest sales people at the Good Guys kotara. Isaac was super helpful and lovely. Sam at least I think his name was Sam was just wonderful. He is a beautiful and very funny human being, who was super helpful. I liked the way he respectfully told me that he couldn’t throw in a third item for free well I thought it was worth a try. The young girl at the counter with blonde hair was lovely too. I wonder if the Good Guys kotara realise what fantastic sales assistants they have. If I was there boss I’d give them a hefty pay rise. Happy to say I walked away with three great purchases and I’ll be coming back for more.
I needed the essentials to move in to a new property. I spoke with Rob , he helped get an awesome deal on a fridge , washing machine , microwave and airfryer all for less than $2000!nnFantastic customer service and stress free , plus a small delivery fee the items were purchased on a Wednesday and delivered on Friday of the same week.nnHighly recommend
