Bought a coffee machine 6 months ago. The paint came off and the grinder got stuck. I rang twice and they said they would give me a replacement machine. When I brought it in they said they have to send it away and I'll be without it for 30 business days. Then I was told if I contact Breville it would take less time. This is one frustrating and if there was a quicker way shouldn't this be done through the storeand not on the customer as it is bought through them.

Thank you good guys staff, very happy with my new washer, I store staff very helpful with information regarding the product I was buying not pushy at all. The delivery staff were very helpful  and polite, and were very prompt in removing the old washer. Always have had good service in the past as well.  Thank you.

Received great customer service when I recently purchased a new phone and changed providers. Particular thanks to Anna, Danielle, Kylie and Andrew who assisted with technical advice,  handset selection and then the changeover process. They were indeed "Good Guys".

Costumer service was horrible. I went to get a dryer with my mum and she didn’t understand that we wanted just a cheap dryer since we don’t use it that much because we hang out clothes on the line more. We told her our previous issues with our dryers and dishwashers and their brands. She turned around and told us that we get what we pay for and if we don’t have a problem paying our power bill then why do we have a problem buying an expensive dryer. She also made a comment about having a top of the range phone saying we don’t need it but need a washing dryer. She was very rude and showed poor costumer service and i had to walk out of the store disappointed. Her name was suzie and we have never felt more attacked when shopping.

Never again our recent experience when dealing with the store manager & staff at this store have been horrendous, we had a issue with a 4 month old washing machine and when we approached the store they could not even reply to a phone call to follow up the manufacturer. We visited the store and asked for the store manager for assistance however all she offered was excuses why we could not get our washing machine fixed quicker or replaced and all she could do was quote store policy. Don't spend a cent there as they do not value your purchase - Quick to take your money but No help if you have any issue

Had the best experience today thanks to Dan! His knowledge & customer service was spectacular. If I owned any retail establishment I would poach him straight away. 10/10 will be sending all my family and friends directly to him.

Talk about lack of customer service..I purchased an upright stove at the Joondalup store, and went to the loading dock for collection. Advised by staff they are not allowed to assist with loading onto the back of my Ute. I am a 70 yr old woman.  His reply was to place the stove on the ground, and told me to have a nice day. I had ordered the stove from another store the previous week, and also purchased a microwave that the other store happily loaded into the back of my car. I WILL NOT purchase anything from this store EVER AGAIN.  I rang the store manager when I arrived home, and she reinforced their policy of no lifting. I wonder how home delivery works??? Does it magically pick itself up for loading. Isn't that WHY they invented machinery-to make people's jobs easier......

Placed an order and paid in full plus $50 for delivery of a gas cooker . I was given a date for delivery and told I would receive a text am same day to be given a time for delivery.  No text and no delivery. After a long and boring phone call I was told my delivery would be next day no apologies no explanation why my delivery failed. Next day same thing no text no delivery, another call ,no explanation, oh I can see your order is still here in the shop . They then arranged a courier to deliver . Still no explanation, no apologies.  They don't know what day it is ,totally unacceptable, very poor service. Don't go there .

This was my experience today at the good guys Joondalup store.  I went in looking for a juicer and asked the staff for help. 2 different ladies called for someone to come and assist, and it took roughly 15 minutes for someone to come and give me a hand. Not sure why people shop here with this appalling customer service.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. The manager and staff behaviour is disrespectful and rude. It's taken too long  more than a month to repair or replace an air fryer. First they said it will be repaired in less than a month otherwise we will refund or replace it. I am still waiting nobody gives me a date. I do not recommend Goodguys Joondalup at all.
