Their two staff on the floor were totally run off their feet during a weekday afternoon. I waited around for 15 minutes to be served, staff wouldn't acknowledge me, so I left to conduct business elsewhere. The Good Guys brand is a shadow of what it used to be. This store should be decommissioned, will just buy online.
Tyler assisted by helping me buy a TV, such a lovely person and very patient. Great communication !!! Definitely recommend this store.
Always offer great pricing but the customer service is lacking at times
The staff here are terrible. No staff on floor in a store with minimal customers. Customer pick up out the back are disorganised. Do not recommend this Good Guys at all.
Abysmal customer service! It should be called The Bad Guys store. Try calling up and checking for availabilty of products and you will be put into an endless loop of CBF Store agents. What can I say, will take my business elsewhere! Losers!
Brought a vaccum cleaner here. Hard to get help at the beginning, then the sales with poker face. Cashier attitude was worse than Supermarket. Where is Good Guys? It used to be very friendly. The manager really need to sharp it up.
