I can not believe how difficult it is to get purchases delivered. Totally poor customer service. Will we have a delivery on the 3rd advice? Good Guys was one of my favourite stores. Very disappointing.

Good customer service. Was greeted as I first walked in, and showed to the area I needed, and sales person gave me a great deal on a printer and accessories. He explained everything and even carried items to checkout. Very pleased.

This store has the best customer service just like other "Good Guys" stores. You can always negotiate the price and they happily drop it a bit for you.

First time click and collect, designated car parks were taken by normal shoppers only issue other than that everything went smoothly

Not sure about the Good guys hence the middle score. The sales people were helpful and friendly. I did buy a fridge and washing machine but when delivered both products washing machine was broken and had to be returned. Having to wait on the washing machine, hope they deliver it damage free this time.

Great deals as always with a wide range of products, but they need more service people on the floor that is the only thing that hurts this place.
