Just returned a faulty TV on boxing day, and was expecting justifyably a long wait & delays in getting things looked at due to the sales that were on & the holidays. We were looked after by Seth, and he & the team were just awesome. They had us taken care of & on our way with a replacement in under an hour. I can't rate their level of customer service high enough - you've made our day :D
Poor service and careless handling of your goods. They Dropped off an asko dishwater which I had purchased brand new. After delivery and unpacking it I noticed the corner was crushed in. The filter was full of debris and inside had water in it - so looks like it had been used before. Immediately called to let them know what happened, received a rather dismissive response from the store, they told me they would follow up with asko. Almost a month later and multiple emails and calls, they haven’t helped and are fobbing me off. Who has time for this!
Worst sales lady Asian in the upstairs fridge and washing machine section I ever experienced. This lady is rude and unhelpful. She lied and made up random replies when asked a basic question. Very disappointed! If you want a decent customer service experience, skip this shop and go to Bing Lee or JB-Hifi store instead.
I bought a Frankie sink and tap package and after opening it I realised it that was returned and missing parts. Brought it back and the manager, Owen, gave me a return experience I’ve never had. Owen went above and beyond by finding the last product in the store when I was told there were none left. He also even checked that all the parts were closed and inside the box and helped load the product into my car. Owen was a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve been shopping at good guys for many years and have enjoyed the service and knowledge of the sales staff, however I will never be purchasing anything ever again especially from Belconnen. The staff upstairs didn’t acknowledge me for over 15mins as they were too busy texting on the phones and showing each other social media videos. One lady did see me however she was busy with other customers whereas as the 2 other gents couldn’t care and to quite Frank didn’t look up from their phones. Thankfully Bing Lee is 500m up the road and the service was great, all their staff were serving customers yet they still had time to engage with customers walking into the store and say “Hi, we won’t be long to assist you” I can understand and appreciate we’re busy and short of staff, but this was extremely poor and disgusting service. I’ll be taking my business to Bing Lee in future and Good guys Fyshwick definitely NOT BELCONNEN!
You lost a sale yesterday as your employee couldn't find Google Chrome cast HD in your store. He said you didn't sell it yet I saw it kn your website. I purchased this at officeworks for a better price too.
They are always helpful and have helped me with the process of returning a fualty item twice now with no problem i never go anywhere else for my electrical needs. They are the best and always match or beat quotes from other stores. 11/10 's from me
I went to replace the microwave the other day and the sales man Saroj was super friendly and helpful with smile. He was happy to help me when it was almost closing time. I would love to visit here again because of him!! Thank you
Their service is great and the Good Guys are very much helpful. They helped me transferring an order from another branch and their time commitment is excellent. Highly recommended.
I went to the Belconen store today... I totally understood what they said and the policy but the customer service was ridiculous .. and actually found it different when they were dealing with other Aussies. Its actually not the recommendation to anyother people but I definitely won't visit back.
