Great range of appliances and staff always willing to help and provide service. They have always help us find the right products and they have the latest in technology which makes it easier to decide on what products to get. Our place to go when we need new electronics. Well done!!
Super slow home delivery. Promise to investigate and call back but they don't. A snail could have delivered it faster. Do not use them.
No fuss returns - didn't even need to check that device wasn't working. Great customer service!
Bigger location with plenty of selection compared to other locations. The service is good and they do price match but not as generous as other locations. Parking can be a little tricky as the entrance is a one lane small ramp off of a busy street unless you circle around and use the entrance by baby bunting.
This place carries a wide range of everything, the staff are knowledgeable and not pushy at all, I can browse without feeling like I'm going to get hassled, great customer service when you need it too. Thanks!
