Awesome experience and a great price. We dealt with Shane as a sales person and it was a pleasure. He was a wealth of knowledge with a great personality

I am really disappointed by the front counter - the sales people are so helpful but after that the experience is less than desirable. I went today to buy a washing machine on the spot and left to go to Harvey Norman as the service was so poor.

Quite a few people in store with four workers only on shift. After waiting considerable amount of time we had to chase someone to serve us. Obviously didn't want our business.

I got a big fridge great price had a problem with first 1 although they replaced it rhe next day new 1 works great

The staff really know what they are talking about. Ready to help you anyway they can. And if they don’t know they find out for you and will ring you back to tell you. Amazing stock always full at Warner’s bay store.
