I wish i could give zero star.The place is a hell for a customer experience. I Parked my brad new one week old suv at their car park and went to buy a microwave the staff had come out and marked the car with a pink chalk on the BODY, yes BODY to come back and check i don't park there more than 2 hours! I bough the microwave in 30 minutes, the customer service person was smelling so bad! The moment you get in , they ask you if you need help! seriously? maybe hello, welcome, how are you doing ? something like that! not as if a thief is entering your store! I promised not to go to there store again! Their prices are good for most appliances, but honestly i would go to Harvey norman , little far, for better store experience just as i didn't buy the tv from them due to bad customer service and bough it from JBHIFI for almost same price!

Not allowed to turn on a $500 display heater for 30 seconds to see how it works because of oh&s notice saying they can't be left on permanently. Sales guy we had was very friendly though. Might as well shop online.

James went the extra mile in obtaining a specific washing machine for us, ordering it in, and having it delivered. Super helpful, not at all pushy, great bloke. 10/10

Non-stop spam from these guys on text message and e-mail after buying a vacuum cleaner. Was wondering why they needed so many details for a simple transaction. Obviously to sell them on to third parties. Won't ever be back.
