We loved our stay here, the karaoke was so fun, the staff are just lovely. Thanks Margret, Matt and Billy for making me feel like part of the family, especially you Margret. Can’t wait to come back a party here again soon. We had a good nights sleep upstairs, the sound travels from the action downstairs so keep that in mind
Didn’t get to go on our weeks break with my kids as my husband is now having cancer treatment. Contacted Matt 1 month or so beforehand to cancel, he was pleased to do so and promised a $800 plus refund, I am still waiting for this months on. He doesn’t answer text messages, phone calls or email. Don’t bother booking here unless you willing to loose your money in unforeseen circumstances !!! Very frustrated and disappointed!!!
Have had 2 Sunday lunch time meals at the 7 Valleys...... Lamb Shanks and now the Pork Roast...... unbelievable value for money , lovely desserts to go with it as well..... full credit to the Staff and great service both hand in hand, cant get better than that. awesome guys !!!

Extremely slow! I don’t understand why the people ordered after us can have finished their dinner before our steaks and mini burger and chips turn up! It’s really horrible to have to wait for one hour after ordered. Absolutely not recommend anyone to come with kids! They are all staving before the dishes come. The food itself is also very disappointing. The steak was served nearly cold. The mini burger patties were burned. Will not come back at all.
I had a couple of hours to kill in Lithgow and stopped in for a pint of Guinness on tap. Loved every minute of my stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly and I recommend the buffalo wings and Turkish bread and dips. I would recommend you put your head in the door at least if you are in town.
The accommodation is only for people who need a place to crash after a big night out in the pub. The room & amenities are basic but clean, however don’t expect to go to sleep unless you have earplugs. The night we stayed Sat, loud music was thumping until past 3am.

I was very much looking forward to our friends double birthday dinner for four at the 7 Valleys pub tonight, but it pains me to say the entire experience was really disappointing. They're very much short staffed. Which is tough in itself. But the whole atmosphere is gone. From the half empty bar stock to the stacks of chairs in the half empty dining room. Then there was the food, we all had different meals, mine awful pizza which was undercooked, another was over cooked salmon, and another prawns... Same issue. Then there was the dripping garlic bread, and a sickly pork belly. Super disappointing. For what was a more upper class bar, to serve Kirk's soft drinks and the bartender to not even be able to make lemon, lime and bitters properly is just not good enough... Then there was the margarita jug, which smelt like coconut and was so difficult to drink because of whatever mix they'd used. If I go to a "cheap and nasty" basic pub i ght expect this, but even then... This, after all the hype, was terribly disappointing for all of us. I suspect were not the only ones who feel this way too.
Fabulous atmosphere, so welcoming, all the staff were so energetic, helpful and passionate.Service: 5/5
