my husband and I had lunch here back in March. We were very impressed with the quality and presentation of our meals.nIn July ww brought friends for lunch. I ordered the same meal I had in March but sadly there was no comparison. The bruchetta was reduced from four slices to three, the topping was discoloured and mushy. Pasta was overcooked and just dumped on the plate. Presentation zero.nSo dissapointedand embarrassed after telling our friends how great the food was.nWe won't be back.
Went to the gap bar and grill yesterday. I had a chicken burger it was amazing 10/10. Will definitely be going back. I noticed their new menu, the food seems so nice, I also tried the skewers, the meat was so good. Customer service was great too especially Phillip the barman
A local favourite bar and restaurant because it consistently offers a wide range of quality dining with great views, outdoor seating, online ordering and takeaway, and menu specials throughout the week. Their Mediterranean inspired lunch and dinner menu is extensive, and includes vegetarian options. Seriously, everything was cooked to perfection - food was fresh and full of flavour, juicy and delicious. And generous in size and reasonably priced and served quickly. The Host was welcoming, friendly and professional and the restaurant was very clean and seating was comfortable for couples or families. Strongly suggest the Mixed Gyros with marinated lamb and boneless chicken from the spit, served with salad, chips, tzatziki, pita bread and lemon. Or try the Chicken Avocado with grilled chicken breast, topped with a creamy avocado sauce, served with mash potato and vegetables. Or maybe the Lemon and Pepper Calamari with fried lemon and pepper calamari, served with chips, garden salad and a side of aioli for an 'Out of This World Dining Experience'! VERY HIGHLY recommended
We had a fantastic meal here. The pasta was delicious, the open lamb and chicken gyros was delicious and cooked exactly how I like it, the lamb was crunchy on the outer and moist on the inner bits, my wife’s calamari was tasty and heaps of it and the salads and chips were perfect. They were busy, and had they offered more drinks we would have ordered them, but other than that, it’s 10/10. Definitely coming back next week.
