Overall experience was great. The service received was great we got a full refund and ended up browsing around. it was a very cool nostalgic experience having seen the back old school museum video game displays, it took me back to my childhood when I was only five playing a SNES. it’s great to see the selection of video games at hand. my only downside for this establishment is that the prices can be quite expensive and I don’t think I’ll ever shop there to buy a game or anything alike. All in all this place was very cool and I do highly recommend it. great experience.
Visiting The Gamesmen is a fantastic experience. They have a large amount of stock on display and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'd recommend anyone over a reasonable age to browse the Retro section of the store because the memories will come flooding back.
Ordered the Turtle Beach Velocity One at 8am on a Friday. I selected the deliver same day option between 6pm to 9pm. Delivery for this option was only a few dollars more than waiting a few days. Pleased to say delivery was made at 8pm and well packaged. Also should mention the price of the unit was very good as well. Fantastic service by The Gamesmen.
I bought it two days ago. I just received it, Mariokart is new. However, Mario Party is no vinyl package., and when I checked the game chip, there are traces of use. I bought a new one, but why did you send a second hand? Which is new, secondhand? And do the packing right.
Bought an item as a Christmas gift this year. I was last minute, ordering this on a Thursday at 1pm and needed it for Saturday. This business was great, they had it ready to go and express shipping was an option. It said 1-3 business so I was a little worried but it came on Friday. Next day shipping is so rare for Christmas time and it wasn't even expensive. Gift was great, good quality too. 5 stars would order from them again.
Bought two lovely cups, one of which arrived with a crack in the handle. Reached out to customer service and they quickly and easily replaced the broken cup which arrived in perfect condition. Absolutely love this place. I’ve been a loyal customer since they were at Bonds Rd. I still remember Angelo and it’s great to see they keep a photo of him in the store as a tribute. I can always rely on the Gamesmen to bring my kid to have a good time in the store. They have a wide range of games, love their retro room and they have the best service. They are more than happy to price match too. It’s worth the trip to visit this store no matter where you live.

Purchased a birthday present for my granddaughter Sunday night. Got notification when order was processed, packed and then picked up. Notification it was being delivered today Wednesday. So ordered Sunday night and delivered Wednesday can’t get faster than that. Awesome service and communication from this store. I’ll definitely have this store as number one for future purchases.
