Late review, but this place was hard to forget. Because it's so damn good. Came here with family and we had lunch. Food was great and affordable, super good service, and the most important thing - dog friendly!
Nice little cafe tucked away in Wahroonga. Loved the big breakfast. Pleasant staff and they get through the orders pretty quickly. 10% discount if paid in cash
Great vegetarian selection and awesome outdoor seating for fur family. Coffee grinder was broken - can’t comment on the coffees. We had mushrooms on croissant with avocado, veggie burger and sticky chai. Mushroom croissant is awesome. Sticky chai is great. The veggie burger is a bit dry. I give it 5 star because the outdoor seating is comfortable and pet friendly.

Only a few minutes stroll down from the SANS Hospital you come across this little hidden gem. Usually food looks good but lacks that satisfaction, but this did not. They do the usual breakfast and they do it well. That can be seen with all the regulars that come around during midday lunch. My favourite to get is the Mushroom Brekky with juice to wash it down. Coffee was on point. The main owner seem irritated at other guest, but hey I come for the food and not the service. Food: Service: Ambience: Will I come back? Most definitely YES!
We had a delicious weekday lunch at The Fox Cafe. I had the Salt & Pepper Calamari which was fresh tasting and melted in the mouth, not at all chewy or oily. It was paired with a light salad and truffle aioli. My wife had the Halloumi Chicken Salad which was also delicious and fresh and tasty. Lunch was followed by a couple of well made coffees. We have been here a number of times over the past few months and the dishes have always been excellent with a variety that spans cafe favourites like those we had and burgers, but also various pastas and risottos and even beef pho. The only problem is they aren't open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegetarian options on the menu Kid-friendliness: There is a simple kids menu. Parking: Parking is available out the front of the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance though stairs to the upper area of tables. There are a couple of tables inside which are wheelchair accessible and a number of tables outside. The outside tables are on a fairly gentle gradient.
A friendly greeting is always a good start, followed by an extensive menu, including all day breakfast and delicious juices...my daughter and I had already decided we have to come back, before we'd even tasted a bite. I had the grilled prawns my daughter chose the special, beef bourguignon. Both dishes were delicious. We are definitely coming back...next time for breakfast and having the waffles

Awesome cafe! Food was delicious and the servings generous. Staff were attentive and super friendly. Dog friendly seating out the front. Couldn't fault it - definitely go.
Service was great and very accommodating. 10% discount for paying in cash is always a bonus. Food was average, but repeat visitors because plentiful parking and haven't had to wait for a table.Food: 4/5
