We finally made it to The Flying Fig for brunch, and now I understand why it's always so busy.nnI ordered the Hash Brown Stack with scrambled eggs, a strawberry mocha and, naturally, a latte because one coffee is never enough! The food looked almost too good to eat... almost. The hash browns were perfectly crispy, the eggs were light and fluffy, and most of the dish disappeared much faster than I'd like to admit.nnThe strawberry mocha wasn't just pretty to look at, it was absolutely delicious. Even with the café packed, the service was quick, the staff were genuinely warm and friendly, and nothing felt rushed.nnThere's plenty of seating inside and out, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or simply sit back and enjoy a fantastic brunch.nnSafe to say The Flying Fig has earned another couple of returning customers. Just don't blame me if you end up needing to loosen your belt after visiting... it's worth every bite!
Love this place. Such a different type brunch experience. Love the Jewish dishes. The Reuben sandwich is so yum. Coffee is also good. Highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit. A little on the pricey side but the service and food is great. Pictured is a classic Reuben on GF bread.
Food was really good! And great service. I dont usually order special trendy drinks, but i tried my husband's biscoff drink, it was nice and not too sweet.
We visited Flying Fig Café as a group of four and had a fantastic experience. Between us we ordered two iced coffees, two regular coffees, a chicken quesadilla, chilli scrambled eggs and two serves of the summer shakshuka. Everything tasted great and was beautifully presented. We ordered the mild chilli eggs and even that had a decent kick, which we actually enjoyed.nnThe service really stood out. The team were quick, efficient and genuinely friendly. They were engaging, upbeat and handled a very busy café with ease, which made the whole experience feel relaxed despite the crowd.nnIt was super busy, so I would definitely recommend reserving a table. We only queued for around five minutes, but it was clear they’re popular for a reason.nnGreat food, great energy and great service. We’ll be back. If you have a larger group I suggest reserving a table seems.
Been a few time and the food and service is always great. The coffee is super tasty. The breakfast bagel is the best. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
