I was their regular Customer and never Had any problems before but now i guess they don't want we anymore to started serving fully black burned food when asked why this happened i was told to talk to head office For any takeaways please double check your orders before leaving store as you don't have money to wast on food that u cant eat at home with family …. double check the food before taking home. Hint … all 3 orders were same just a reply to owner: No one has contacted me so far i am still waiting on my refund even after 2 weeks nothing is showing in my account. When i tried contacting your store manager he said talk to HeadOffice and gave me an email after 2 weeks of wait .. No outcome has Been Done so-far 28 aug 22
Best Mexican In Hamilton. Tasty food, great service & excellent cocktails Food: 5/5
Not sure how to start but service was not good at all. The staff was not attentive to the customers, one of us had to get up to the staff for a water refill. Also, I saw another table someone had to get up to the staff too to order drinks. The staff was so attentive and rushed to take orders but never once asked us how we were doing/how was the food etc. It was not even a busy night.
We booked a table but on arrival staff all looked at each other blankly & quickly set as a table, we sat for a long time with no service, finally got served & our meals took a very long time to come out, I had to go ask if they were going to be much longer, they weren’t to busy so not sure what happened, no other services or asking if we’d like more drinks or anything, all & all the service was very very poor. The food however when it did adventurously come out was amazing
Popped in for lunch. Staff were friendly and didn’t mind our daughter with autism brought her own lunch. Very Impressed the wait staff were able to take our order by memory including drinks. Food came out quickly, was fresh and had great flavour. Thank he nicest Mexican I’ve had to date. Reasonably priced and very generous serving sizes. . Would happily return
Disappointing. This place used to be one of my top suggestions to people for an easy dinner out. I think there may be new owners in place and the quality of the food has dipped significantly. The starters were a lot better than the mains, and the cocktails are still good.
Nice and cosy restaurant in the heart of Hamilton CBD. Friendly and attentive staff who do their best to make the experience above your expectation. I loved the food and highly recommend local and visitors to enjoy it.
Fantastic food, tasty and good sized portions. Not leave hungry for sure. The drinks were awesome too.
Went for friendaversary and friend chose. Great to get something keto friendly but found the cooking has changed from when I first went a few years ago. Too many additives, meat portion decreased, more peppers..for same price. Great platter though will little dishes of condiments that go well with all! Nice atmosphere overall inside and out!
Food arrived promptly and everything tasted delicious and fresh. Service was also great!
