15/1 I purchased pink Lilly’s with massive heads-  5 stems in the bunch- stunning flowers. 4 days later I returned to find the same priced flowers were half size & returned home to discover I was short changed 2 stems, I received only 3. Tried to email owner- no email address anywhere. Contacted via FB to offer the feedback & request a resolution, no answer after a week of waiting. Please accept this review graciously- you truly do deserve it.

Wonderful flower arrangements and even more wonderful staff. I often come here for my flowers since it's also so convenient to get a bunch of flowers on my way home and get a selection of fancy chocolate/produce to include with my floral gift from the Herdsman grocer all in the one trip!

Very generous people & beautiful fresh flowers!!

I am a regular customer both in Herdsman and the flower shop. I recently bought two Blueberry Bushes. I wanted to get two more and spent about 10 minutes picking the two bushes I would like to have only to discover I had forgotten my money. A customer who I happened to chat with said "why dont you ask them to hold them for you. I am sure they will". I was not sure but she said I am sure they will. So I go over to the counter and tell the ladies behind the counter what happened just to be told "No, we dont hold. Thats our policy". Ok, its your policy. Well I believe customer service should also have a bit of a flexibility especially if its someone who frequently buys from you. I told her that I had spent 10 minutes looking for the two bushes and tried my luck again but I was told, no money, no holding. Ok, I got it. But instead of supporting a small business I will now rather buy the Blueberries from a different store where I know there is a different approach to customer service. Even Bunnings is more flexible.
