At The Flower Hutt we believe simple is best, and we try to ensure everything in store is easy to look after, while still being beautiful. We specialise in cut bunches and plants, and have a large range of varieties and colours to choose from daily. We also have a selection of exquisite candles, notebooks and vases to help create the perfect gift. Since we are open 7 days a week, 8am - 7pm each day, why not pop in and visit us? Stopped in to buy some flowers for a bridal shower yesterday. I asked the lovely young lady Caitlin I think she said her name was for some advice on what would be a great bouquet for the bride to be. She was so helpful and made the most beautiful bouquet. Thank you so much!
Went here to buy flowers for my partner but the lady didn't bother to approach me and say hi, no other customers that time. She only say Hi when I talk to her first. 1/10 customer service. And the bouquet I bought died after few days. My first time buying here wasn't good. I'd rather buy in the rundle mall branch.
Very disappointed. I'm a frequent buyer here for others. However 2 days ago I was lucky enough to receive flowers bought here for my birthday. They looked great and went straight into water, but by the following morning the flowers had wilted and the leaves were brown, and now after two days they are ready for the bin. I also received flowers from two other florists, and they are still fresh and blooming. I won't be shopping here again.
I got flowers for my wife here last week. The Flowers were great and the girls who work here go over and above what is expected. Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers!
Flowers look great in store but I've purchased 6-7 times now due to the great location & opening hours. I've hoped for a change in quality, but each time they were completely wilted within 2-3 days max. Unfortunately the staff haven't been friendly either on most occasions.
Stunning selection of flowers on offer. Went in on 2 occasions while visiting mum at St Andrews around the corner. The staff were friendly and happy and were helpful at explaining the different flowers availible.
