I was a food accredited food critic before I retired. Apparently, Pizza Hut has a huge problem on the Gold Coast regarding keeping up to the Pizza Hut recipes and standards. For starters, a thin 'n' crispy should be just that. The dough was nothing like an original thin 'n' crispy. The dough is suppose to have a crunch to it like a Sao biscuit. I ordered a super supreme that had just one old piece of capsicum on one slice. The mushrooms were old and black, the dough was floppy and tasteless. The rest of the pizza looked like a cheese pizza with barely any of the ingredients of a super supreme.
Positive experience There was a mistake with our order where they forgot to give us our 3rd BBQ chicken pizza by accident The staff here quickly resolved this & also gave a new pizza, some ice creams & a drink We are extremely thankful for how they resolved this situation & the professional manner from all the staff at Burleigh Waters Pizza Hut As usual, the pizza was amazing! Best Pizza Hut on the Gold Coast ! Thanks heaps
SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! GUYS NEVER ORDER HERE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA STUFF AND DONT GET THE RIGHT ORDER THEN THEY PROCEED TO HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN!!!!! We were charged $10 worth of extra random stuff and and we ordered pizzas but wanted to remove the ham however we were given pizzas with ham. It took an hour to deliver to our house and when we rung them and complained they refused to show us a receipt of what we ordered. We then asked to speak to the manager and then they hung up on us. NEVER ORDER HERE OR THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM -10000000 STARS THAT STILL WOULDNT BE A LOW ENOUGH RATING. SO BAD!!! I WISH I ORDERED FROM DOMINOS!!! DOMINOS IS BETTER!!!!
The new owner seems to lift up this place both in quality and quick deliveries. Made me love Pizza Hut again!
My daughter ordered from you last night. There was blob of cheese in one corner like it was picked up sideways. Pizza box was soggy. Pizza was not good ate 1/2 a slice binned the rest. No opportunity to give feedback on food through Uber eats
Pretty good. I find the Pizza hot topping side can be a little doughy, whilst the rest of the pizza is lovely and crispFood: 4/5
The pizza was really yum with a good amount of toppings and good price deals but we got delivery through door dash and was missing half of our order and the door dasher told us to call pizza hut, so we did, and we waited on hold for 30 minutes before leaving a message, this was last night and they never got back to us, so we paid for food & drinks we never received.
Terrible pizza, almost no toppings and was burnt, Save your money and go elsewhere! This is the only pizza hut that can't make pizzaFood: 1/5
Well this particular Pizza Hut has recently exceeded our expectations for catering our small business meetings! Great value, quick delivery and new management plus lovely staff. Will certainly have more pizza meetings this year :
