The steak here was amazing. Cooked to perfection over hot coals. The chef deserves a medal as the heat from the range was over whelming especially on a hot day like today but absolutely top notch cooking. The staff were super friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Highly recommended.

Great place to eat , we all had an awesome time. The food was very tasty, very different the way they cook food here with the open fire. Some really awesome craft beers , a must place to try at Mount Maunganui
Perhaps my favorite restaurant in all of NZ. Everything we ordered was perfectly executed. The brisket especially was a highlight, but everything in the sharing platter tasted outstanding. The pecan pie and churros from the dessert menu were both excellent also. Absolutely delicious and I'll return as soon as I can.

A good selection of tap beers. The price of food for what you get is appalling. $8 for 8 chips and $19 for 4 pieces of chicken is certainly not worth the money spent.
We decided to go here on Sunday for the first time with friends and we loved it! We had extremely friendly staff always checking in on us, The meals were fantastic value for the quality and size and the atmosphere was just buzzing.
