My husband chose ceiling fans at this store when he bought a house 10 years ago.  They are still working well.  I wanted to add a new fan to the lounge and was thinking about where to buy it.  My husband said he wanted to buy at this store and we visited here.  I looked at the friendly and helpful staff and found out why my husband chose this place.  We showed the staff a picture of the room and received an explanation of the products.  We are very happy to find a nice ceiling fan here that fits the room well.

I wanted an outdoor heater for my spa area, The Fan Shop had all my answers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, told me exactly what I wanted to know and showed me the product to do the job. A Ventair Sunset 1800w 3 Stage Heater. The area is 3.5 x 3.5 and I can feel the heat within the entire area when getting in and out of the Spa. It is great, Thank you Fan Shop

Robert was fantastic with all the expertise and service provided pre and post purchase of our I66 fans for our outdoor area. He provided on-going service, reviewed our plans to ensure fans were placed at correct locations and heights and always picked up the phone or responded by email. I really appreciated his help which made everything so seamless. Highly recommend for all your fan, lighting needs. In addition the prices were great as well.

I have purchased 3 fans from Fan shop in Hendon. I was assisted by Shelley. She is very committed to excellent service and was very friendly. She took time to explained to me about different products and functionalities and provided me with correct  fans that suited my needs, when I checked with the electronics who installed them for me, he mention that these are a really good quality fans.
