Gold Blum loves playing shows at The Family Hotel, always a loose time with good drinks and food!

Lovely decor and great choice of alcoholic beverages. It's pretty loud though, so I think it's best to go here outside of peak hours. They have Pino's vegetarian food as well which is sick.

What a change from an earlier guise - a rough, tough venue called The Ducks Nuts Hotel. Extraordinary contrast to a darker time, reflecting the evolving change that is Newcastle West.

Recommended: the big D burger washing it down with their great house beer

great old school venue located in the CBD features a very popular pool table and amazing bar staff - no pokies or TAB area. Cool little place!

Great pub with lots of character and good beer choice

Friendly accommodating staff. DELICIOUS food. Seriously Pinos burger one of the best I have ever eaten. Fries seasoning omg the best! Unfortunately myself and 3 friends that I ate with are all having stomach pains tonight after dinner there. Such a shame since it tasted so good I was planning on coming back again.
