Cafe at the end of exhibition building. Ordered a pasta salad. $11 plus $1 for the container I believe. Very small portion but was enough for me. Friendly lady behind the counter.
Great coffee and amazing breakfast with perfect atmosphere. Raad looked after me today and made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely come back.
Now called Botswana..... The red wine was delicious and the nibbles were tasty. The customer service was amazing and so I'd return to have a meal and drinks.Food: 4/5
A surprise at the bottom of Exhibition street and part of the Fair Work building. What a selection of meals - focaccia’s, wraps, salads and hot meals - one problem, what to eat!!! Ample room to dine in with large share tables or smaller tables for two. Take away is definitely popular with the CBD workers. Fully licensed with a great selection of wine and spirits as well as coffee and cakes. Busy so therefore a little over zealous with wanting to take your order to keep the business ticking over, I understand that for the regulars however being new to the venue, I needed a little more time to work through the huge variety of delicious foods. Something for everyone and worth a visit.
The Fair Trader cafe/bar is situated between Flinders Street and Flinders Lane on Exhibition Street, Melbourne CBD surrounding by office buildings, spacious place and long opening hours which makes it a truly versatile place. The material chosen for interior design is wood finishings and rustic vintage chairs; The look and feel of the cafe is more like bar rather than contemporary cafe. We went to grab coffee in the morning, we ordered cappuccino and mocha - it was $3.50 each. The customer service was alright and I reckon little bit smile would be fantastic from customer's perspective. The price for the coffee was average for a cappuccino, but it was pretty good for a mocha as other place would charge additional fee for mocha. The coffee was alright and just above ordinary. Yay : Long opening hours Friday up to midnight, variety of menu, spacious Nay : average coffee Service : 2.5 Speed : 3.5 Taste : 3.5 Price : 3.5
Probably my favourite chai right now. Has a really good ginger kick which I like. Always goes well with a muffin or pastry like a Portuguese tart. Anyway, come support a great CBD cafe during covid. The city is doing it tough and as a proud Melbournite I am happy to be back.
Nice chicken sandwich. Pleasant staff.
As an essential worker, it can be difficult to find a decent place to eat at the moment. Highly recommend the burger here though! Absolutely brilliant and they are seemingly open every day during the week. Coffee is great too!
Really really fresh food and great coffee .. must have one meal here, when in Melbourne.
The coffee tasted great, and staffs are really friendly. The place has a good environment
