Had higher Hope's for the experience we had. Staff were not too friendly, the smoothies were nothing special but the sweet potato fries were a good snack to share. An ok place to escape the heat for a bit however.

Agree with half empty milkshake. Walked in. Sat down. Sat. Sat. Looked over a number of times. Sat. Sat. Left hungry. Bye bye. Another sad customer. I don’t think I’ll be going to Spears Cafe Richmond again anytime soon.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere; huge array of beautiful food; highly recommended

Sat down to order lunch while my kids played, had a milkshake on the table from earlier. Place is nearly empty and only an hour till they close, lots of empty seats. Got kicked out of the tables because a half full milkshake. Just lost themselves a full order from me and my kids, terrible customer service.
