Shout out for Akshit for amazing work. He is very professional, honest and truly committed towards his profession. He is easily approachable and always go an extra mile whether it’s working after hours or loading within other department of his company. I have dealt with his for both rental as well as sale of my property. Even though market is not the best at the moment, but I am still able to achieve good result with his persistent efforts. This realestate is by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only did my house flood but they haven’t fixed the property or my furniture that got damaged. I have been trying to get ahold but no one answers. I would strongly not recommend this company to anyone. We have tried calling emailing for 3 weeks and nothing.

The Eleet Caroline Springs they are the best in the real estate market. Very professional and skilful in their field. I purchased my house from them and the whole process was quite smooth. Extremely reliable and approachable.
I will never recommend the eleet to anyone. I am extremely angry and disappointment at the they way in which this realestate and the agent representing it has conducted themselves by getting me entangled in a deceptive property of sale I am appealed by Akshit he is a liar who has misguided me gave me false information about settlement date and has left me stranded without any form of communication, not just ignoring my calls, even blocking my number after serval attempts to try and get to the bottom of the this nightmare. Akshit and Ashish once they get their commission they turn blind eyes towards the client.nI have been left traumatised and my ability to trust anyone else has been broken. Please find any other real estate agent but don't fall into their trap.nI wouldn't go with them again.
